PAYMENT POLICY

  1. The Payment Policy, together with the website’s Terms and Condition describe Amrit Absorbents accepted payment methods, policies and procedure in relation to acceptance of fees and payments towards the services offered through the website. The Company’s primary objective is to ensure that the website is User friendly and equipped with proper security infrastructure to protect any financial information which may be used by Users.
  2. Users are required to read and understand the terms of this Payment Policy. The terms contained herein shall be accepted without any modification and, by using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing from the Website, you agree to be governed by the terms contained herein and any subsequent changes, modifications, amendments made in relation thereof.
  3. By reading and accepting this Policy, the User agrees that they have accepted and read the conditions outlined under the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the website.
  4. Payment Methods:

In order to ensure Users convenience, Amrit Absorbant offers various payment methods to the Users. The Company without prior notice to User, reserves the right to add or delete payment methods from the ones listed below:

a.  Payment through net banking facilities.

b.  Payment through selected credit cards.

c.  Payment through selected debit cards.

d. Payment through any other mode as may be prescribed by Amrit Absorbent from time to time.

The payment options mentioned above shall hereinafter collectively be referred to  as “Payment Methods”.

  1. It is expressly clarified that accepting a User’s payment through the Payment Methods is solely at Amrit Absorbant discretion. Amrit Absorbant reserves the right to reject payment from a User through the Payment Methods for any reason whatsoever. In order to further validate a User’s transaction, Amrit Absorbant may request the User to provide additional documents including copies of the User’s photo identity proof (such as the User’s PAN card, etc.), failing which, Amrit Absorbant reserves the right to reject a User’s payment made through the Payment Methods. Platform fee is not charged by the company.
  2. While using the Payment Gateway, User agrees to provide correct, complete and accurate financial information such as credit/debit card details or prepaid payment instrument account details which may be stored by the 3rd party engaged by the Company . Users shall not use a credit/debit card or prepaid instrument which is not lawfully owned by him/her or which the User has not been lawfully authorised to use. The User shall solely be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her financial information. Amrit Absorbant disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorised use of the User’s financial information and/or identity, including details relating the Payment Methods. Customers need to provide the following information for billing:
    a) Full Name: For the identification of the customer.
    b) Billing Address: Include Street address, city, state, postal code, and country.
    c) Email Address: For sending order confirmations and receipts.
    d) Phone Number: For contact purposes regarding order.
    e) Payment Information: Online payment.
  3. Amrit Absorbent shall not be held responsible and shall not assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage suffered by a User owing to:
  1. Exceeding of the credit/debit card limit mutually agreed between the User and the issuing bank.
  2. Any issue related to payment arising out of technical glitches occurring during a transaction; or
  3.  Declination of transaction for reasons beyond Amrit Absorbant’s control. 

While processing the payment, if the User payment fails, then the steps to be taken by the company in respect to payment failure are: 

  1. Notification: notifying the customer regarding any issue by mail or on-screen message.
  2. Retry Mechanism: Allowing the customer to retry the payment or use an alternative payment method. 
  3. Customer Support: Providing access to customer support to resolve the issue and assist with alternative payment options.

Customer While using the Payment Option, if there are any payment related issues faced by the customer following steps to be taken by the entity:

  1. Customer Support Assistance: providing support to resolve and troubleshoot issue through phone, email, or chat to help the customer.
  2. Detailed Error Messages: in case of payment failure, error message for the payment failed to be provided to help the customer about the payment failure.
  3.  Alternative Payment Methods: Suggesting alternative payment methods if the primary method fails.
  4. Review and Update Information: ensuring customers to update and review their information to ensure that the information provided is correct.

Amrit Absorbant reserves the right to impose limits on the number of transactions a User may undertake over the Website and,  limits the transaction imposed by Amrit Absorbant, and also have the right to refuse to process such transactions. Amrit Absorbant may refuse to process transactions from User(s) who have suspicious or questionable transaction history on the Website. If  the company is dissatisfied with the credibility of a User, or the genuineness of a transaction carried out on the Website, Amrit Absorbant shall have the right to reject such transactions. Amrit Absorbant may also choose to delay the dispatch of Products purchased by such User or cancel the entire purchase at its sole discretion. The User agrees that Amrit Absorbant shall not be liable for any damage, interests or claims resulting from Amrit Absorbant’s decision to not process a transaction or delay in the processing of a transaction on account of a User’s suspicious activity on the Website.

  1. All the Products listed on the Website are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Customer will be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of Products from Us and You agree to bear any and allapplicable taxes including but not limited to VAT/CST, service tax, GST, duties and cesses, etc. 
  2. Company provides User to make payments for Products on the Website, in addition to this Payment Policy, the terms and conditions of the User’s bank, applicable financial institution and/or card issuing association may be applicable. The User’s bank, financial institution or card issuing association may decline or prevent the User from making electronic payments for buying the Products on the Website and Amrit Absorbant does not control the same and hence, shall not be at any point in time be held liable as mentioned above.
  3. Customer information is stored securely in accordance with industry standards and regulations by third party payment gateway provider we will be using Phonepe and Razorpay payment Gateway for storing information.
