- Cancelling Your Order:
- Customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been processed or dispatched.

- Cancellation requests received after the order has been processed and dispatched cannot be accepted.
- Refunds:
- If an order is successfully cancelled within the stipulated time frame, refund 80% of the total amount of the invoice will be issued to the original payment method provided the product is in good condition.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-30 business days of the cancellation request.
- If the returned product is found to be damaged, the refundable amount may be adjusted accordingly.
- Damaged or Faulty Products:
- If a customer receives a damaged or faulty product, they should contact the customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product should be provided.
- In such cases, the company will either send a replacement at no extra cost or initiate a refund, once the issue is verified.
- Wrong Deliveries:
- If a customer receives an incorrect item, they should contact the customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.
- The customer should provide the order details and a description of the incorrect item received.
- The correct product will be delivered at no extra cost, or a refund will be initiated if the correct product cannot be delivered.
- Unexpected Circumstances:
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or wars that are beyond the company’s control orders may be cancelled or deliveries delayed.
- Customers will be notified of such situations, and refunds will be initiated in accordance with the terms and conditions.
- Special Orders:
- This cancellation and refund policy does not apply to bulk orders or custom-made products, which have separate terms and conditions.
